Plans are for non-insurance patient only.
Plan effective for one year from the enrollment date. Can not be combined with other offers or insurance.
Regular cleaning is for the patient who does not need deep cleaning or other forms of gum treatment.
$50 credit will be applied to patient who needs any form of gum treatment.

We accept cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards. Also, we provide different financial plans to relieve financial stress for our patients. Please contact us for more details. We also provide care credit.
